Each one below is a decision the repo writes down where it is made.

Content never waits on JavaScript.
Every card, heading and link is in the HTML as served. The canvases are drawn by a plain script over markup that is already there, and the scroll reveal is CSS — a page whose script fails still reads in full.
A framework only where it earns one.
React arrives per route, as an island, and only on Design Languages and the deck. The flow field carries no framework and must not acquire one — that route is why the site is built on Astro. The dock is plain DOM too.
Reduced motion removes the travel.
It does not shorten the animation; it deletes the movement. The Design Languages sample keeps its fade, the canvases become stills, and the flow field’s still is advanced by a Step button.
An ordinal is build order.
A showcase’s number is its position in the register, so it says the same thing on the index, in the deck and in a screenshot taken last month.
